AIR TIGHTNESS TEST

· After inflating the air spring bag, inspect all air line fittings for potential leaks.
· Spray soapy water on the fittings. If there is a leak, expanding bubbles will appear around the leaking area.
· If the leak is at the tubing connection, ensure the cut is square and the tube is fully inserted into the fitting.
· If the leak is at the threaded air fitting, tighten it another quarter turn and test again.
. Before driving, ensure the entire system is leak-free, airtight, and that all air lines and wiring harnesses are securely fastened.

How To Use

1. To Inflate Both: Press one button on the digital gauge to fill both air springs.
2. To Adjust Sides Separately: Hold the left or right button to release air and set different pressures.
3. See Real‑Time Pressure: The gauge shows the current pressure for each side.
4. No air tank is needed. Just push the button up — the compressor turns on by itself to add air.
