42CrMo Steel Sidecar Bracket compatible for Harley Honda Yamaha 28mm U-Bolt Frame Mount

Introduction

Our installation kit is designed for motorcycles with tubular frame, ideally with a double cradle frame. A single cradle frame works as well. Other frames may require additional subframe or custom mounting parts. Most classic and cruiser bikes have the cradle frame.
We recommend installing the sidecar to motorcycles with more than 25 HP and good torque.
The mounting clamps are for tube diameters 28mm.

4 × U-Clamp frame mounts and shims(The mounting clamps are for tube diameters 28mm.)
4 × struts (Adjustment range for 3 long struts：350-490mm. Adjustment range for 1 short strut：240-330mm.)
4 × I-bolt frame mounts(Maximum installation distance for 1 long mounts：55mm. Maximum installation distance for 3 short mounts：35mm.)
8 × Hexagonal head bolts、nuts and spacers（Bolt grade：8.8）

Feature

The struts are made of 42CrMo heavy duty steel.
The surface is power coated to prevent corrosion and rusting, and can work for a long time without fearing the wind and rain.
The surface of the bolt is galvanized to prevent rusting, and the strength grade of 8.8 makes the connection more solid.
