The heater arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition and contained everything shown in their picture. The install is easy, the parts all fit perfect, the wiring harness was very simple and well made, and if you watch a few youtube videos the install and controller setup are simple.
Overall, I'm impressed and very satisfied with the heater.
